Book 3 should come on the 20th , but it still doesn’t have an Amazon page – that way you can get some pre-order numbers in , people can mark your books for a review and you should get probably get small boost in popularity from the Amazon algorithms / I’m pretty sure pre-orders factor in the initial sales numbers /. Also this gives you a better chance to get into a new releases section that tracks incoming books – if you are popular enough to get on to it you will get a boost in the numbers :-).
